Newbie Friendly List of Providers

I am Newbie Friendly !!! Will require screening to >my satisfaction. Every provider does her screening differently & New guys should understand we don't have one set template.

This could make the process easier if a guy is too shy to ask around.... Believe it or not, a few men are too bashful to ask a question in the open. He might send a direct message and not get a response because a provider is busy/sick/vacation & lose hope.
