Though I di not sign in more than once a week on ASPD I am wondering if this is going to be a viable solution till thay get the site back up and running?

home2 was not intended nor designed to be a pinch hitter for aspd. We is what we is, and the 2,600 or so folks here can make do (or make dew) while aspd is undergoing repairs -- which are happening.
We've already learned about what and how we want our aspd back and keeping the site secure is priority no. 1 obviously.
Staff last year tested the new software; it had some issues, mainly missing "stuff" which is being incorporated into the more robust aspd.
Ladies, please note:
-- ck1942 doesn't vouch for hobbyists. -- "Verified hobbyist" is only a title; he should always be screened/vouched
-- Very aware hobbyists always start a contact process by sending a PM before sending any texts!
SouthAustinSweetie, I'd urge you first off the bat to get your Provider status validation completed (maybe you have, I haven't checked), then you can announce/advertise/present yourself to the frequent 2,600 pairs of eyeballs more likely to be immediately and locally interested in your warez and kinda know the drill, as distinguished from occasional contacts you might receive from folks casually shopping the rest of the web. But you're the best judge of what'll work for you.
