LOL is hit or miss. I wish they used real photos. Too many of these are for comparisons only and not anything like the real thing.

is LOL pretty difficult to get a hold of? I've submitted an inquiry through their site and haven't received a reply in a few days now. I'm new to ATX and need to get verified but seems like agencies are pretty difficult on us new hobbyist.

I have tried a few times to get an appointment with LOL and I gave up as they are hard to get a hold of. I’ve never had an opportunity to try them out. It’s definitely on my list hopefully I’ll just get lucky on a better day
