Minquan East Rd near The Landis hotel is a hot spot for Spas, been couple times to Xinxiang Spa Health Club at 52 Minquan East Rd only provided HJ (1300 TWD)
Longshan Temple area has many freelancers and some Spas, just walk around the street markets day or night and you can't miss them, many homeless here, still very safe
