Construction materials. Construction help.

I'm wondering if there's anyone who is a member who would consider trading for remodeling materials. Sheetrock drywall work etc. Flooring as well. A friend of mine is about to have a baby and she needs her little garage apartment finished before she pops! LOL
We have access to a box truck if we can use to move materials such as sheetrock. Delivery would be great as well. It is located on East Lancaster where the antique shops are. It's upstairs. Little garage apartment. Needs about 15 pieces of sheetrock probably. Also needs flooring. A drop in sink. And the front door. ASAP! Cash or trade. Let me know.
