As far as I can tell, it does not cause that issue.
I tried using () and got one, so it must be some symbols and not othersQuote:

Some emojis seem to cause the forbidden action and others don't I have seen some threads with subject loaded from start to finish and no issues and others with only one maybe in the middle or one end or the start and bingo!
Best to go plain text and numbers at this time.
Noticed some issues with symbols. I removed apostrophes from my signature line.
the apostrophe symbol for me always defaults to the ? symbol. not sure if its in view like that from only my devices or not.
