this tall, slender girl can take a greek pounding. 150 up-charge. She says based on size. not sure if that is true. I think its based on the pounding. I hate asking for "markup" as I prefer to drop the envelope and not say a thing about it. Luckily there was no talk until after the session, so if you don't mind going in blind as to the price then you are good. I would rather go in blind then have to talk about $ for service. Let's keep the disclaimer "$ for time, what happens between adults is not fee for service"
