In the Last 10 years my body weight has fluctuated as I decided what I was happy with for me.
On what I had to do to keep what I wanted for me and now I know what I am comfortable with and enjoy Now I am about to get there and stay with in 10lbs.
SO now to get the what I call THE COVID CUSH OFF..lol that extra weight put on during lock down and stress eating lol
TODAY I am a size 8/10 jeans tight, size 6 thongs, 36DDD Bra its tight, size 7/8 bathing suit bottoms 12/14 bathing suit top, Large shirt tight, extra large loose

Goals By August .. 5/7 jeans perfect, size 3 thongs 32 DDD bra perfect fitting. Size 3/5 bathing suit bottoms 10/12 Bathing suit Top My shirts will always be big because I AM TOP HEAVY AND THAT WILL NEVER GO AWAY! YAY ME!
I wake up at 4 a.m. to work on my Body and start & 5 working on yours I end at 10 p.m. to get my beauty sleep if you need different hrs we can work it out if I know in advance.
