City of Irving Curfew Information
Based on law enforcement intelligence and social media chatter, the City of Irving is taking a proactive approach to protecting the community and has established a nightly curfew for certain areas of the city from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly, from June 1 through Thursday, June 4 and expires at 5 a.m., Friday, June 5. The curfew primarily impacts various commercial areas in Irving, as well as public school properties.
While the curfew is in place throughout various areas of the city, residents are encouraged to stay home, affected businesses should close and all city facilities will be closed. Certain exemptions apply, including traveling to and from work, and seeking medical attention.
