These aren't full blown monger sites but if you navigate them well can open up the doors to what you probably are looking for. Use the YouTube videos you come across too and try to get the names off some places you see and than research directly.

I stayed near Nana Plaza for a few days in August, was super fun. The GoGo bars have some GORGEOUS dancers--check out links listed above if you want to take them home. TONS of streetwalkers, some of whom are spectacular, but I stayed away out of fears of disease/underage.
Analisa massage was not far... I paid 3000baht (~100usd) for a 1hr massage with 2 girls on their "glory hole" table which was super fuckin fun (included MSOG and before/after showers with the girls). I went late on a rainy weeknight--so probably their C-team, but was still very happy with the girls both in terms of looks and enthusiasm.
