I have cooked for ladies visiting me on an outcall, but not the other way around. The time spent cooking is a great opportunity to build a rapport before, as you say, “dessert”. It’s not a “fantasy” of mine, though, and - being vegetarian these days - I’m a little more difficult to cook for.
