Several methods, but first you need to make a copy or two or three.
If you want to duplicate an existing ad, do a "copy" and then go to post new thread button and "paste"
you must creat the new subject line by hand.
Some companions create several different ads by creating each on in a PM and send that to themselves.
Then they open their PMs, copy, and then go to ad forum and paste.
