I have about 15 pics. in my album. Went to add another pic. Got a pop up message telling me that I am over on my KB limit. Can the Tech / IT guys add more space so I can put up more pics. I tried to create another album. No suck luck.

There's a couple of parameters involved.
Limit of 100 photos in album and no limit on total kb.
Attachments are limited, however.
