Fantastic incall location. A decent amount of traffic, with both nice cars and averages cars parked all around. No one looks out of place coming here. (Too often, I feel like I'm being stared at, as I park and wait for the go-ahead).
TCB was also great, after screening. Screening is one of the more thorough processes I've encountered. However, once that was done, I got a short-notice appointment (<1 hour) and was on my way.
