Hmmm, while specifically mentioning male genitals (even covered would be a no-no if "turgid"), seems like the wording of this proposed law would also include nekkid female twat and starfish imagery under "any person engaging in sexual conduct or with the person's intimate parts exposed."
"Sexual conduct" is broad in scope; could be interpreted by some as applying to dildo-sucking tease photos, too, and possibly breasticles with risque innuendo.
