Previous client so scheduling was very easy. Texted beforehand and made arrangements to see Gem. Great communication throughout the process. Each time I confirmed, they confirmed back. And, they always did so with courtesy and grace. They certainly know how to do the up front communication part of this correctly.

Arrived at the location 10 minutes prior to the appointed time and texted letting them know that I was there. I was asked to wait a couple of minutes, which I did in my car. 4 minutes prior to the appointed time I got a text telling me that it was time to go in and where to go.

Got the correct location and found that it was a magic door that opened before I could even knock. Stepped inside and found a gorgeous young lady hiding behind the door with a huge smile on her face. She steps into my arms and LFK becomes DFK in short order.
