Assume you have an hour and given a choice of 50 minutes of edging then release or get round one done quick as possible then work towards round two, which would you choose?
I personally have never had either so can't share experience, but given a choice, I think the edging session.
Both have there hazards.
With edging you could blow early, then what? MSOG attempt could never see round two.
So much anxiety.......
I like edging. If i only have an hour then I would rather edge until a nice intense release.
Depends on who with and my mood. Today without a doubt msog.
Men have told me that edging is a tricky, timing experience.
He gets to the edge of a climax and his body takes control of the situation that's a natural body function. The other mechanism problem is getting close to orgasmn many times and holding off has caused dull sensation caused by too much sensation in a prolonged state of denial.
I wouldn't try it with someone that has a hard time reaching orgasm.

An hour is far too little time for the majority of guys to go twice, but I've had some go 3 times on rare occasions only because that's how their body worked. The multi pop hour is more pse than gfe, so yes, it is solid work and generally rushed to get another.
My best orgasms are always from edging where they can't do much other than lay there, same goes when I have one. It's a fact that holding off, start/stop methods, more tantric if you will, produce the most intense and longer lasting orgasm.

To echo what others have said you could blend the two with no edging the first round and then edging during the second.
