Once they go indy, I don't bother with them anymore,
Same service, higher rates.... no thanks..

This seems to be a very interesting model that you see more and more of... its like the agency gals graduate to Indy for higher rates. Or they went Indy with an assistant (which may be the agency scheduler to begin with?)

Any comments? Just curious.

About them going Indy:
I don't think they make as much as 50% of the rate, they see SO many guys a day. It's not surprising that they go Indy.

I totally agree.
It is only a matter of time before they get tired and go Indy. Pros and Cons.
Pro - Makes room for new talent and keeps the verity meter going.
Cons - Trying to track them down when they go Indy and depending on pricing. Unless you get grandfathered in.
