Seeking Basic Website Creation in DALLAS (Uptown) ASAP!

Computer Gurus, I admire your patience and need help from one of you! I see there are different applications and companies, but I'd rather keep it in the circle.

I'd like assistance creating a website for screening and scheduling. I am not asking for a secretary, just the creation of something that allows potential clients to book an appointment when they want, confirm, and get preferred method of contact.
