mine did the same thing about a month ago. took it to apple store, they checked it for free and the charger was bad. ordered a new one off of amazon for like $17 and it works. don’t know if that’s what you have going on, but might be worth a check.
Can also try and see if it's actually on by connecting an external monitor.

Apple Store is your best bet. Get on line with your phone and make an appointment, or be prepared to get ignored by the staff for hours.

I recently read an article about a dude that had a similar issue. His macbook screen just went black for no reason. He couldnt figure it out so reached out to apple in store and also their reg customer support. Many frustrating hours/days apple could not figure it out either. To make a long story short, his screen brightness was turned all the way down. Anyway it was an interesting read and fortunately a simple solution. Hopefully for you too.Quote:
