I can't upload photos

For some reason now, once I get to the upload page and try to click the button to open my phone's gallery to BROWSE for pics to select, it won't allow me to access anything. I click, click, click and it won't open anything. How can I fix this? I already tried deleting cookies, I tried requesting desktop site. I might have accidentally clicked do not ask again for opening another page on this site.....idk I just quickly without reading clicked yes for some tab that popped up a few minutes ago.

Worst case scenario, you may need to reset your hardware to factory setting; but that may remove a whole lot of stuff you don't want to lose.

Try turning your phone fully OFF.

When you turn it on, cruise a couple of other websites to see how it is operating. If all looks ok, come back to OH2 and cruise a bitr before you try to upload anything.
