Expensive HJ

I am a bit confused as to the actual location of D & T. RubMaps says it is at 12591 Research, # 203. When you look at Google Maps, none of the suites says D & T on the door. I have read review claiming there is another building across from that location that is the real place, but I cannot see anything on the map indicating where that might be. Can anyone enlighten me on where to find D & T?

Head north on the 183 feeder from Oak Knoll.
Right lane, pass Technology. Your first driveway after Technology, turn right. The center has 2 rows of businesses with parking in the center. D&T is on the right in the back. There is a sign. Enjoy!
